THIS WEEK: The High Cost of Death (includes a YouTube link to a 15-minute video). Medical and technological advancements constantly offer us more and more options of ways to sustain and prolong life. This week we will examine and discuss the human and financial cost of these measures and what this means to us personally and nationally.
Every Wednesday, you are invited to learn, discuss, and contemplate various topics that touch the world of life, death, and dying. Our online Zoom gathering will include a brief mindfulness practice, a teaching, group conversation, reflection, and resource-sharing. Please bring your curiosity, an open-mind, and a notebook for thoughts or reflections. All ages, backgrounds, beliefs are welcome.
