It also includes funeral planning. Planning your own funeral not only offers you the chance to reflect on your values, but it also relieves your loved ones of the burden of organizing a funeral under duress.
There are many cultures, rituals, and traditions around the world to address how to tend to a person’s body and spirit after they die. Today, some are closely connected to tradition and others find themselves preferring to do things their own way.
