Death Before Birth

Resolutions require change. And change brings about a death before a birth. To use a classic New Year's example of a resolution, spending more time exercising means spending less time doing something else. Before we let in the new, we must make space by letting go of something. In order to exercise more, do we let go of time spent on Netflix? Time spent on a hobby? What do we need to let go of? What needs to die? What is getting in our way of releasing something that is no longer serving us? Where in our lives do we see opportunity for cycling out the old and welcoming the new? Join the discussion to examine how we can apply the concepts of inviting the death of something to ultimately invite new life.
