Throughout life, we are constantly transforming: growing, breaking down, repairing. The aging process brings about many changes and ‘miniature deaths’, each with their own set of challenges, hardships and experiences. What changes and transformations do you find to be most difficult? What have you learned about and from these challenges? What can we learn from each other? Register for the Zoom link and optional article to prepare for the discussion.
