Sunset Circle Intro Series

There cannot be light without darkness. There cannot be joy without grief and sadness. When we talk about grief, we talk about love. When we give our attention to death, we give our attention to life. All are part of the human experience. Not all are allowed the time and space to be experienced or honored, which not only denies us these parts of ourselves, but also the full appreciation of their “lighter” counterparts. What if we openly talked about all of it? 

 

Join Maggie Compernolle- nurse, end-of-life coach and educator, death doula, and yoga instructor- in an intimate group setting that gives time and space to the light, the dark, and everything in between. 

 

Weekly facilitated meetings build upon the week prior and include a combination of teachings, reflection, mindfulness practice, and discussion, with opportunities for self-enrichment between meetings. Bring your openness, compassion, and curiosity as you explore life through the lens of death. We will meet weekly to learn, explore, ask, and discuss.
